Victory is the desire of everyone, even of a school boy up to an army commander. But defeat is also an undeniable experience of many of them. St. Paul suggests in today's verse the secret for definite success. Not a single victory but the one that is of more than conquerers. This is the truth that is to be learned, believed, proclaimed and enjoyed. One man, Moses was sent to conquer the great army of Egypt who could enslave God's children for centuries. All he needed to believe and to announce was that "God's on our side." Fathers always stand by their beloved children. Therefore, believe in His fatherly protection, take courage and be more than conquerers. Amen!
