Weapons are never permitted to be wasted in warfare as battlefields demand clear targets. The greatest weapon that provides and protects, that delivers and destroys the enemy's targets is God's Word and God's name. That's why a clear instruction has been commanded to the Israel's army commander Moses. "You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain" (Exodus 20:7). Knowledge about the use of highest weapon is required of every believer in the battlefield of life. Jesus himself descended from heaven out of deep love and concern for His friends, the believers, and revealed the secret and power in the name. “I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.” (John 17:6) Paul declares with proven test the power in the name that defends and protects, the name that is undefeated,  "that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth" (Philippians 2:10). Let's believe, declare, and benefit from the power in the name that is revealed to our advantage. 

Heavenly Father, we trust in your name. Let your Spirit keep the name on our tongue and mind continuously. Amen.
