Field of evangelism requires many kinds of labor. Diverse gifts and responsibilities are spread among the believers to build one another. Nothing is greater, nothing is ordinary, everything is needed, everyone is appreciated.  "Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? But earnestly desire the best gifts." (1 Cor 12:29-31) Paul requests us to discern our duty in the ministry of sowing seeds or watering the plant which God will definitely make it grow. Everyone is paid and everything is appreciated and everyone has duties in the field of God. “So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, ‘Call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first.’"(Mt 20:8) Do what you can, get what He gives from His generous and mighty hands. 

Abba, help me shoulder the duty dispensed. Let your Spirit show me the way. Amen.
