The Most Faithful
The basic foundation of our faith should be established, only on the perfect love of God, that is all caring, all concerned, and that we need to trust: as Paul wrote to his fellow believers, “The One who calls you is faithful, and He will do it” (1 Thes 5:24). David the Psalmist was an ordinary shepherd, who had his sincerest faith in the most faithful love of God; hence composed the best song, which had this prayer, “Surely your goodness and faithfulness will pursue me all my days, and I will live in the LORD's house for the rest of my life” (Ps 23:6). When we enjoy this much of love from our God, we have the responsibility of using the talents that God has entrusted with us, for Christ Himself said, it will be rewarded: “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!’” (Mt 25:23). Let’s be bold and walk in faith, for the God we be believe in, is the Most Faithful.
Abba, thank You for holding our hands, for You are the Most Faithful. Let Your Spirit help us trust in You, and win success, in Jesus’ Most Mighty Name, Amen.
