The firm faith that God is on our side alone can remove all fear and anxieties from our lives, hence declaration has to be made, along with David, who overcame with the support from the Lord, “The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?” (Ps 118:6). We need to have the audacity of Apostle Paul, when we meet with challenges, and shout out in faith, “What then shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Rom 8:31). Constant reminder has to be kept in our minds, that our God is the light that removes the darkness of fear, doubt and confusion, and keeps us safe in His constant illumination, as David reaffirms in his psalm, “The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the defence of my life; Whom shall I dread?” (Ps 27:1). Let’s be comforted by the Healing Words of God, that give us confidence to remain conquerors. 

Abba, thank You for setting before us words and examples of faith. Let Your Spirit bring these words in our minds, and strengthen us in our journey of faith. In Jesus’ Most Powerful Name, Amen.
