Paul who left everything for the burning desire for the love of the Lord, advises the Christian community that needs to be built on the basis of true and sincerest love: “Love must be completely sincere. Hate what is evil, hold on to what is good” (Rom 12:9). When love becomes the foundational principle for any church, then it should be expressed in hospitality and respect that every believer should experience: “Love one another warmly as Christians, and be eager to show respect for one another” (Rom 12:10). It is truly amazing that Paul explains love in such a detail, that how and from where it should flow as a fountain that would attract and benefit those who approach it: “The goal of our instruction is the love that comes from a pure heart, a clear conscience, and a sincere faith” (1 Tim 1:5). May we meditate deeply on this Holy Word on love, and spread it around as a pleasing aroma. 

Abba, thank You for being the source of love. Let Your Spirit help us rejoice in Your Love, and enable us to share it sincerely in our fellowship, in Jesus’ Most Loving Name, Amen.
