It is easy for everyone to make a promise in haste  or excitement, but it is very hard to fulfil the promises we make or stand by it. God makes promises and keeps it forever, for only He is capable of being faithful to His Word. And that’s why Solomon, the wiseman encourages us to take shelter by approaching God with His promises, when we need protection from Him: “God keeps every promise he makes. He is like a shield for all who seek his protection” (Prov 30:5). Let’s know about the abundance of promises that God has kept for the wellbeing of His children and take full advantage of them for our prosperity and blessing.

Abba, Thank You for keeping a multitude of promises for our blessed life. Let Your Spirit enable us to believe and declare them in our prayer. In Jesus’ Most Powerful Name, Amen.
