There are many kinds of job that people like to do that bring them much wealth and a high status. But nothing can be higher and as important as the work of servants who spread the fragrance of knowledge about Christ. What a privilege it is to be chosen to do this work of God, to which all have a desire and right. Paul enjoyed being  the agent of spreading the fragrance, and that is why he proudly declares: “God uses us to make the knowledge about Christ spread everywhere like a sweet fragrance” (2 Cor 2:14). As much as we spread the fragrance, we too will be enjoying the aroma that heals us and keeps us glad. May we willingly do this ministry of spreading the knowledge about Christ in whatever way possible. 

Abba, thank You for entrusting with us the duty of spreading the sweet fragrance of the knowledge about Christ. Let Your Spirit encourage us to do the ministry enthusiastically, in Jesus’ Most Beautiful Name, Amen.
