Most part of our life is spent on trying to get the attention and approval of the people around us. Only few people have the courage to do the right thing regardless of the opinions of others. As children of God, we need to check if our attitudes and actions are good in the sight of God. That is why we need to give heed to the teachings of Jesus, that make us right with God: “Jesus said to them, ‘You are the ones who make yourselves look right in other people’s sight, but God knows your hearts. For the things that are considered of great value by people are worth nothing in God’s sight.’” (Lk 16:15). May we have the courage and commitment to follow the heavenly principles and get His approval for a blessed life.

Abba, thank You for inviting us to live up to, and receive, Your approval. Let Your Spirit guide us to lead a spirit-filled life, in Jesus’ Most Powerful Name, Amen.
