The very fact we are created expresses the greatest love He has toward us. All our devotion and love come as a response toward His primary love for His children. Only a deep meditation and reflection can reveal the mystery behind this unfathomable love. John, being the beloved apostle, comprehended this divine love that surpasses everything; hence he writes, “We love because God first loved us” (1 Jn 4:19). May we be grateful to the unending love of God and remain faithful to His love.

Abba, thank You for loving us even though we are unworthy. Let Your Spirit enable us to love You more and more, and be faithful to You, in Jesus’ Most Wonderful Name, Amen.
