Prayer is an activity that we cannot do it alone, on our own, when we are weak or tired. It is then we need the perfect partner, who has strength and knowledge about our need, who has the capacity to present our needs to God the way it should be addressed, as Paul emphatically states: "In the same way the Spirit also comes to help us, weak as we are. For we do not know how we ought to pray; the Spirit himself pleads with God for us in groans that words cannot express. And God, who sees into our hearts, knows what the thought of the Spirit is; because the Spirit pleads with God on behalf of his people and in accordance with his will." (Rom 8:26-27). May we rely upon the Helper who is given to us to lift us up and our prayers to God, and receive the choicest blessings.

Abba, thank You for giving us the support of Your Spirit. Let Your Spirit bring us and our prayers to Your presence, in Jesus’ Most Powerful Name, Amen.
