While God wants us to have a blessed and prosperous life, the enemy is actively involved in spoiling them. That is why it is very important that the servants of God must be watchful and vigilant. In spiritual life this wakefulness is very necessary to protect the field of our blessing that God provides for us to inherit, as Jesus explained: Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way.” (Mt 13:24-25). May we ask God for the grace of watchfulness so that we may keep the garden of blessing fruitful and prosperous.

Abba, Thank You for sowing the good seeds of blessing. Let Your Spirit keep us awake to guard and protect them from any harm, In Jesus’ Most Powerful Name, Amen.
