Anyone who travels should know the destination and the way, then the travel becomes easy and pleasant. In the same way, every believer should know that his destination is Heaven, the place his family reside and his Heavenly Father abides. And the only way that is set for him is the One who came and declared Himself as the Way: “Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (Jn 14:5-6). Unlike the ways we find on earth, here a person is said to be the way. This is a mystery that needs faith, contemplation and comprehension to accept and proceed to the destination. May God grant us the understanding to take the only way to Heaven and enter into eternal life with God, our Creator and Father.

Abba, thank You for sending Your Son as the way. Let Your Spirit make us believe and come to You through the Only Appointed Way, in Jesus’ Most Wonderful Name, Amen.
