Behind every achievement that we feel proud about, if we can sincerely meditate we can surely find the mighty hands of God at work in our favor. Only a grateful person can acknowledge and declare that it was God who gave him victory, healing, joy and protection, and invite people to join him in celebrating His grace and mercy. God desires that His people proclaim His deeds by keeping festivals that encourage the faith of the community and nations, as David rejoices: "Those times I recall as I pour out my soul, When I would cross over to the shrine of the Mighty One, to the house of God, Amid loud cries of thanksgiving, with the multitude keeping festival." (Ps 42:4). Let all of us set personal and family days of festival to praise and declare His mighty deeds.

Abba , thank You for inviting us to celebrate Your mighty deeds in our lives. Let Your Spirit make us remember all your favors and shout in joy, In Jesus’ Most Wonderful Name, Amen.
