Happiness is the right of every children of God. But deprivations in health, wealth and other things make us feel sad. People go for worldly things to make their lives filled with joy, but eventually they end up experiencing pain and sorrow due to them. Instead of trying to fill our cup of joy by ourselves, we need to turn to Him who promised that His joy will make our joy complete: "I’ve told you this, so that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be complete." (Jn15:11). May God be merciful to us and abundantly fill our lives with His joy so that we may celebrate each moment of our lives, gratefully acknowledging His blessings.

Abba, Thank You for filling our life with Your Son’s joy. Let Your Spirit make us feel complete with His joy, In Jesus’ Most Joyful Name, Amen.
