There are situations in our life that can be solved only with the working of a miracle. Such circumstance has to be handed over to the Lord, otherwise that would cause us to worry, fear and get depressed. The wedding at Cana posed a situation that nobody could handle, and Mary’s suggestion solved the issue instantly: “His mother told the servants, ‘Do whatever he tells you.’” (Jn 2:5) God would never ask us to do the impossible, for that is the prerogative of His to address. All we need to do is to carefully listen to and obey Him to enjoy the privilege of the miracle of the best wine. May we give heed to the Master’s command and act upon His words; then let us be sure that His wonder-working hand is on our favor.

Abba, thank You for only asking us to do what we can do. Let Your Spirit give us wisdom to obey and do to receive the miracle, in Jesus’ Most Wonderful Name, Amen.
