Water is one of the basic necessities for the survival of the world and that of the mankind. Hence, there should be provisions made to make sure it is provided for all. Everyone has the right for water and hence when someone is in need, it should be definitely provided. Jesus Himself assures a reward for the one who would offer that to his disciples: “And whoever gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward.” (Mt 10:42) May God give everyone the mind of generosity to share it with anyone in need, and not make it as a commodity for sale or to dispute about.

Abba, Thank You for the gift of water. Let Your Spirit make us share water with anyone in need. in Jesus’ Most wonderful Name, Amen.
