We learn as children ways to measure length and breath. But one thing that we can never ever learn is the promise placed before us by God, whose mercy is measureless. We should pray that we understand and comprehend this secret mystery that not only blesses us but also continues along our generation. David shares his faith in the power and the promise of the Lord who never abandons His beloved, whom He calls as His own: “But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD's love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children.” (Ps 103:17) May we adore Him for His unending love and grace that always choose and protect us, despite our weaknesses and failures, for He desires our goodness. 

Abba, thank You so much for the gift of the highest ever promise of the generational blessing. Let Your Spirit lead us to receive that and remain grateful for that, in Jesus’ Most Wonderful Name, Amen.
