The business world teaches us how partnership works and how it is important that we buy and take our share. Partnership with Christ would be one of the most advantageous thing, that can give us unimaginable amount of blessing as profit, for our contribution of taking the share. Suffering is what He invested and achieved the greatest result; hence, if we need to gain from His profit, we need to take our share by willing to suffer with Him. Abraham, Noah, Joseph, Moses, Elijah, Daniel, Jeremiah, Peter and Paul—all of them took their share of suffering and got back unimaginable success for themselves and for their people. That is why Peter convincingly advertises and it is for our benefit: “Instead, be very glad--for these trials make you partners with Christ in his suffering, so that you will have the wonderful joy of seeing his glory when it is revealed to all the world.” (1 Peter 4:13) If you want big profit, then go for big suffering. May we be fully convinced of getting God’s dividend and take steps in buying the share of Christ and wait for big blessing.

Abba, thank You for inviting us to partake in Your Son’s suffering and be partners. Let Your Spirit give us the courage to endure the sufferings that comes on our way everyday, In Jesus’ Most Glorious Name, Amen.
