The word that is very much used in literature, prose and poetry ,is the word love. In our family, friendship and society also we hear the word love very often. But it is in deed very hard for anyone to give a detailed description or explanation that makes the word understandable and clear. In fact, love need not be explained, it has to be experienced and enjoyed. We can feel love when we are been loved or when we love the other, be it our parents, siblings, friends, life-partners or even children. There is a category of love called great love, which can happen only between God and His beloved. David, having been touched by this great love, sings of the height and depth of the great love: “For great is your love, reaching to the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies.” (Ps 57:10). And this great love comes with the commitment that He calls faithfulness, and its height and depth is unsurmountable. Let’s pray that we may realize this great love and faithfulness primarily and proclaim to the world of its availability and make people’s life full of meaning and love.

Abba, Thank You for Your great love. Let Your Spirit make us understand Your faithfulness and live up to that, In Jesus’ Most Loving Name, Amen.
